The Community Associations of The Woodlands also publish a magazine, The Woodlands Community Magazine, in conjunction with Champions Printing and Publishing, Inc.
Subscriptions and mailing are provided free of charge to all members of The Woodlands Community Association, The Woodlands Association and The Woodlands Commercial Owners Association. Free copies, while supplies last, are available at the Community Associations' office, 2201 Lake Woodlands Drive. Copies may also be available at The Woodlands Homefinders Center on Woodlands Parkway.

Most villages in The Woodlands have organized village associations with officers elected by the residents in each village. The village associations are where issues are discussed and events / programs planned. All adult residents are members of their village association. These are separate and apart from MASTER Community Associations of The Woodlands.
